Salt Leaf Agency was founded in 2023 by Amy Lobb in response to a growing need and request from fellow business owners on southern Vancouver Island. Amy had been successfully managing social media accounts and marketing for local businesses for seven years, and on top of that, was known for two of her own businesses. She kept hearing "I love what you do for their account and I want to have you do it for me too!" Therefore when her son was just two months old, she decided to start the foundations for Salt Leaf Agency, which officially launched 3 months later.

Amy is an island girl with a heart for the ocean, mountains, forests, and farms. Driven by her love for local businesses and desire to see them thrive, she uses her expert attention-to-detail, natural eye for high quality aesthetics, and innate understanding of audiences to inspire followers, build connections, and convert customers into lifelong brand advocates. She is a mom, animal lover, flower grower, serial entrepreneur, world traveller, leader, and community builder.
Calum Oliver
Google Ads Strategist
Calum was born and raised in New Zealand and has lived and worked all over the world. He has spent his career working with numerous award winning brands in the tourism and hospitality sectors. He is a father, practicing artist, keen gardener, and volunteer firefighter who loves coffee and exploring food and drink spots anywhere he goes. He passionately helps companies grow in ways they hadn’t imagined before.
